- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What can I say about Hôpital Vétérinaire Duvernay ? I have been going there for years and have always been met by courteous, professional, bilingual and caring staff. From the receptionists, technicians and vets I have never second guessed or questioned any diagnosis or treatments for my animals. I have always felt that my pets needs and health and well-being were their top priority. The technicians and doctors have always ensured that I completely understand what is going on and are great at taking the time to answer all our questions and concerns in terms that my husband and I could understand. I have never once felt rushed or like “just a number”. We have recently added a new fur baby to our home. I wanted to ensure our little puppy's health so I rushed to see our vet, Dr Tremblay on Saturday. She took the time out of her already busy schedule to help guide us and assure us that our Lexie was doing very well. Her suggestions regarding chew toys, puppy food, sleep habits have helped us all with the stressful transition of going from one dog to two. Dr Tremblay also went above and way beyond by sitting with my three year old son and teaching him how to properly care, play and love an eight week old puppy! Never have never seen a vet take the extra time, the way she did. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to top notch service, a caring and professional staff and very reasonable prices.
