  This is my regular dentist. I called on a Friday at around 3:30-4:00pm with a terrible tooth ache. The secretary told me he was going on Vacation and was not taking any more patients until his return in a weeks time. I told them it was an Emergency and it would probably take only 15 minutes of his time. He REFUSED to see me. I went to bed on Friday crying from the pain in my mouth. What kind of a Dentist is this Heartless!! The least I would expect is a reference number so that I can deal with my emergency and not just be turned away with no solution. They gave me an appointment with his replacement and told me to wait until Monday to see them. I got thereon Monday and politely asked if this replacement spoke English. The secretary should be FIRED since she looked at me and said "your FRENCH is very good". What did this have to do with anything. As a professional she should not have said anything regarding, LANGUAGE. I express myself better in English, especially when Sick. She said it was a joke when I got upset but, it was not a funny joke and especially not coming from a professional. I'm paying a service in the end I'd like professionalism in return. As well, if my concern is an emergency and the dentist is on vacation or unavailable than give me reference I can contact right away.
