I was a little wary at first as I thought there was a lot of waiting around during the pre-op examinations, but as of the surgery day forward, no complaints whatsoever on my part! The administrative and medical staff are very friendly, courteous and answer whatever questions you may have. I developed some post-operative complications which were treated promptly and efficiently.
