  Worse Pet store in terms of customer service and the manager on duty seems to have limited knowledge of base customer service. I complained and his resolution of this complaint was to insult me, my children, the fact that I do not know how to educate them and that we were bothering their staff when there was only a single customer

  Store in centre Laval Birds are over priced, never know if birds are related for pairing some not in good shap. Spent 15 standing alone in the fish department with no help so I left, not the first time. Lots of dead fish and most are over priced. Use to be better but been going down in the past few years
